Patch for DesignBuilder v3.0.0.105 to allow it to generate EPCs for Scotland using SBEM v4.1.e.

This revision includes the latest changes to EPCgen released 7 March which are required when lodging XMLs with user recommendations included.

Energy Assessors in England and Wales are advised not to install this because a new version of DesignBuilder will be released in the next few weeks natively supporting SBEM 4.1.e.

Note the name of the file isn't a mistake! Although it is called EXE4.1.d.1.zip it does contain files for SBEM 4.1.e.

Please read the file DBSBEM41eREADME.txt contained in the zip for installation instructions.

This version is approved for use in South Africa for use in the SANS 10400-XA calculations.

This is the version recommended for UK Part-L work requiring calculations according to Part-L 2006 and Part F Northern Ireland using SBEM 3.5. It is approved by CLG but is out of date for lodging EPCs using the England and Wales Landmark register.

This is also the version required for generating BERs in Republic of Ireland
