Hi,

I am using CFD for external site analyses including many building blocks.
As a CFD user, I expect the numerical result export but it seems to be impposible at this time. Do you have plan to do and when it will be done?

Regards,

Ben

Hi Ben,

We are currently implementing a facility to enable numerical data to be exported for selected slices in the form of a CSV file. This facility should be available within the next couple of weeks.

Steve

Hi Steve,

Thank you for your reply and efforts.
Please let us know when you complete the upgrade version of DB for numerical data export function. Very Happy

I just wonder if this feature is already working. I'm looking for it since the first CFD version in DB, and was answered that this is a coming up feature. Now checking old posts i found this thread.
So, can you explain how to export numerical results from CFD simulations?

Yes, this feature has been implemented for some time now. After completing a CFD calculation, select the slices throughout the domain for which you require numerical information and then select the File->Export->CFD results slices option to export the slices in numerical format.

Note that this facility is not available in trial versions of the software.

Thanks,
It is possible to do the same for Monitor Points.
I think will be useful to get the values for the whole height frange on that point.
