xml file not generated

I have just run the new version 3 to produce an EPC and it has come up with the message:-

An EPC xml file was requested but has not been generated. There may have been a problem executing the EPC gen.

It there something I should have done to the software to solve this or is it something else?

Is this still a problem? I'll need to look at the error files. You'd be best to let us have your dsb file. Please use the Support Desk for this if you wish.

Yes it still happens with every job I am doing but I am now able to complete the process.

I have attached .dsb file to the support desk

I've had this issue for a couple of months too but so far it's not affected the functionality.

In Glenn's case I believe the message was generated because his accreditation scheme is NHER and they have a different process for uploading the xml. I think your scheme is stroma? so the reason will be different. Perhaps you can let us take a look at your file if you are concerned when this happens again.

Thanks Andrew. Stroma is correct. An .xml file is produced when I ask for one, so no problems so far, just a question of clicking OK in the dialogue box.

I'll try to remember to send over a file next time I am completing an EPC.
