The CLG conventions state that we are no longer able to use the software default values for the flow rate (l/s/m2) of local mechanical extracts but instead must use the values in the prescribed list.

Are you able to offer any guidance on how to calculate air changes per hour into l/s/m2 please?

I appreciate any assistance you are able to offer.

In the conventions guide released earlier this year there is an appendix at the end for air changes per hour. use this as a reference (or CIBSE Guide)
calculate the volume of your zone
multiply by air changes per hour
divide air changes per hour (in l/s) by the floor area.
