Hello,
I am currently in the process of conducting a study into the feasibility of installing PV at several properties. We have the .dsb files from which the EPC's were created so I was hoping to use SBEM as a tool to estimate the reduction in energy use at each property. However, when re-calculating a model the ratings are dropping considerably.
I am assuming this to be due to changes in the SBEM calculation. I am looking to download a version which will allow me to make improvements to the models and measure their impact against the existing ratings. Unfortunately, I don't know exactly which version of the software was used to create the EPC's.
The files I am working with were created between 2008-2009, and the earliest version I have re-run them on is 1.8.1.001 but still have the problem.
Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated.
