|
|
Hi there,
Can anyone think of a reason why despite using either design or chosen lighting values, it makes no difference to the results displayed in the Data Reflection Report?
I have a laboratory which is effectively 1 zone, and i have entered the lighting as "Designed" giving a W/m2 of 12 and a Lux value of 520. The area of the building is 200m2 so it should show the total wattage as 2400W, however in the report it shows this as 3700W and the Lux value is 800.
I can get this value to change in the Data reflection report by changing the activity of the zone, but again it seems to be giving me default values instead of the actual values I have entered.
Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

SBEM derives the equivalent circuit power assuming that the installed lighting provides the NCM standard illuminance for the activity and then rounds this to the nearest 50W (for BRUKL output). In your example the circuit power would thus be:
12 x 200 * 800 / 520 = 3692 (3700 to nearest 50W)
