Is there somewhere a good definition of the notional, reference and typical buildings used for EPCs? I could patch one together from SBEM manual etc but if there was an official definition somewhere that would be better. Have CLG or CIBSE published anything like that yet?
Really two levels of definition are needed - a basic explanation for clients and a more detailed technical definition for modellers.
Any pointers would be great, thanks. |

Claire,
I do have various draft documents with this information but they are not finalised and also not for distribution, but I have asked around and will let you know the current situation when I hear back.
