|
|
Just been trying out the latest beta and the new boolian tool. DB has been crying out for this, and is going to shave so much time off more complex buildings, those floors with different ceiling heights etc. But I notice the disclaimer about not using the latest Beta for production design, and my test model wouldn't import back to the current approved CLG version.
It works well on the little I have tried. Great feature. When can we use it? |

Thanks for your comments on the boolean geometry feature. Actually, the current betas (v2.1.0.055 and later) can be used for lodging EPCs now and until March 7 when the new version of SBEM kicks in.
We'll be releasing our v2.2 with the new SBEM 3.5 asap and are still hoping to make that deadline but I suggest that you get any EPCs lodged before then if possible to avoid a possible risk of a gap in service between 7 March and our approved v2.2 release.

That is great news on being able to lodge with the new feature. Thanks also for the March 7th reminder.
