hi!
I want to model an exiting building that consists of three packaged rooftop a/c units with cooling only. Heating is provided via multiple electric reheat terminals throughout the building.

I considered the obvious unitary multizone, but it doesn't provide for electric reheat terminals. Is it not ok to use radiators to make up the electric reheat terminals?

I considered a CAV system, but am not sure how to translate the chilled water to a DX coil, or if this makes any difference. There is also no damper on the reheat terminals, and no way to turn these off in DB.
thanks in adavance!
