Hi DB,
I am trying to change my accreditation details in Design Builder, since I am now getting a small number of jobs from a client that requires me to be accredited with another body other than my BRE account.
I'm having trouble receiving my new EPC Gen code, and wonder if there is a way to 'force' this.
I'm entering all the new accreditation details, then I perform a calculation...and wait for the code to be emailed – is this correct?
As so far, nothing has come through and it has been 4 days. |
