Designbuilder and SBEM ver 4.00

Hey all,
with the release of the isbem version 4.00 and the new building regs to hit us all shortly, can I ask if there will be any versions of designbuilder released before the 1st October deadline with the new software for us to have a look at ?

Yes, we're just putting the finishing touches to our first SBEM v4 beta and, all being well, this could be available as early as next week. We certainly plan to release some time during September once we have been through CLG validation exercises.

There are rumours of a possible 6 month delay in introduction of the new regs though so we'll just have to wait and see how that goes.
