I have tried running an EPC on the new software. It appears to run OK but when teh calcualtion finishes I get an error message
"An EPC XML file has been requested but has not been generated. There may have been a problem executing EPCGen. See SBEM error file for details."
I have had a look at the SBEM error file but cant find anything obvious. Any ideas?
PS I need to lodge this EPC tomorrow at the latest. |

Phil,
Which version of DB are you using? It sounds like v2.4.2. I don't think that this can generate lodgeable EPCs until 11 April when the XML schema is switched on in the Landmark database. This point is mentioned in bold on the download page.

Andy,
I am using the latest version which I think is 2.4.2. Which version of DB should I use for lodging EPCs? As far as I am aware we have to use version 4.1.a of SBEM from 27 March (I see they have just released version 4.1.b), but we can't use DB2.4.2 until 11 April.
Can I still use an old version of DB to lodge EPCs until 11 April or do I have to use iSBEM?
Regards

Phil,
Yes you can still use DB v2.3.6 until April 11 to lodge EPCs but will have to upgrade to v2.4.2 on that date.
