I'm not sure what is causing the error message you have seen. Could you send us the dsb file?
The EPC watermark is an error in SBEM which was fixed by BRE last week. We will be issuing an update in the next few days.

Yes, the current release v2.4.2.015 solves this as it includes the updated version of SBEM (v4.1.c.3) provided by BRE last week.

Looking back at your file, the number of stories is set to 333377240000! This is crashing our software. We've now added an error trap for this to prevent bad data from being entered.
