Adobe Reader problem

Since changing to a new computer running Windows 7 I am having a problem opening the EPC and Recommendation reports in DS. I get a window pop up which is titled Adobe Reader and has a ? and OK button. If I click on OK the window goes and nothing else happens.
I have tried changing browsers from IE8 to IE9 and google chrome but it hasn't fixed the problem.
Has anybody else come across this?

This problem has often been associated with Adobe version 9, an earlier version of Acrobat should not give the same problems (version 10 may be ok, I don't know). The problem has also been associated with Elmhurst SAP software, should you have that installed on your computer.
