Dear Sir,
I just downloaded free trial version V.3, and want to run an example case file. unfortunatelt, the program asked me about the activation code, means that I couldn't run the calculation.
How can I get the activation code for the free trial version.

Rahmi,
You should just click on the Continue button in the bottom right on the License dialog in this case and if you still have time left with your 30 day evaluation you should get access to the calculations you need.
If not please contact as at:
http://www.designbuilder.co.uk/component/option,com_contact/Itemid,11/
We should be able to extend the evaluation period.

Hello,
I am having the same problem. I cannot run a simulation or do a visualisation because it asks me for an activation code. But I do not have any "continue" button in the Licence Information dialog. Only buy/activate from file/help and close. What should I do?
Please if you could respond immediately this would be great.

| Should I mention that previously I had installed a lower version of Design Builder , which I uninstalled, removed all the folders of Design Builder and then tried to use v.3. |
