| I have been trying to install design builder on my laptop which has Windows vista. I am unable to open the programme. Kindly let me know if there is any patch file to correct the errors. |

Do you mean that you can't run the installation executable or have you managed to install DB but get a failure when you try to run it?

We have had problems installing it on a brand new Toshiba laptop which came with that Vista rubbish preinstalled. The laptop came with a newer version of the Intel Onboard graphics driver which alledgely supports OpenGL than the one I'm running on my current laptop with XP Pro. My installation on XP pro works well whereas the Vista installation doesn't work at all even using the compatability wizard. Even updating the graphics driver manually didn't help.
Andy/Steve mentioned this the other day in another support thread and it's basically to do with OpenGL support in Vista being a bit flaky. Please correct me if I'm wrong guys.
Assuming you've got a licence for Vista then I believe you are entitled to roll your computer back to XP using the Vista licence. That way you might find that it works.
