To regulate different data (for example for the density of the occupation, or for the ACH of the outside air), there are bars with arrows. Can I digit this values with the keyboard? I would key more decimal digits or have different maximums.

You can switch off 'use slider controls' from the program options dialog. This allows you to enter all numeric data using the keyboard.
