are only used for defining the zone volume (important for the ACH value)?
Or
It is also used for the Building heat/gain losses and Energy Cons ... |

Thank you for your answer. The only thing that I have noticed is that the U-Values change a little bit from Design Builder to the EnergyPlus idf file.
Why does that happen?
