Yes, it would still be kBtu. You can just multiply it by 0.293 (1 kWh = 3.412 kBtu) to convert to kWh.

We have not noticed this issue. Perhaps using "Clear to Default" and then selecting the glazing again helps. If it does not work, you can send the model for us to look at..

Yes, you can get data in /area units. Just check Normalise on under the display options when your simulations are complete.
