In habitação teste_corrente.dbf, you have not unchecked the 'Cooled' option at zone level in HVAC tab (you have to select the 'piso 0' zone, not block in the Navigation tree).

Andy, do you mean there is no problem in using this system with those low temps? I don't think the DX standard performance curves will be adequate.

Looking at your file I have seen that:

A) minimum indoor temperature is set up at -18ºC (not +18ºC) which I think is OK.

B) I don't think a DX Cooling Coil is able to reach even near a -9ºC setp ...

OK, very briefly, you can get your model working by switching to 'Early' gains on the model options dialog and on the HVAC tab at building level, set flow type to 2-Min fresh air per person.
