Hi..
I have a block of 5 B2 units....all need separate epcs..
i have treated them as separate blocks...great.
if i discount (or untick'include zone in thermal calculations) to the units either side of a unit i need the epc for..do i get the partitioned walls considered as adibiatic or unconditioned ie like external walls as the 'convention' guide suggests..
or go i need to copy that unit out and treat it as a 'detached unit'
Cheers |

Hi
Just a reply..
I see its adibiatic now......
Is there is no way of switching the adjacent spaces to unconditioned rather than ' excluded from calculations) |

You can set the adjacent blocks as unheated by unticking 'Has HVAC System' at block level but this will still include that block in the calculation.
