|
|
Hello,
I am having difficulties producing surface temperature results, and wonder if I am missing a critical step in the simulation process. I am currently following these steps:
1. In Edit mode, I select the target window in my navigation panel and on the Options tab I check "Store Surface Output" as well as the sub-categories "Inside Surface Temp" and "Ext Surface Temp"
2. Under Model Options Data on the Simulation Tab, under Miscellaneous Outputs I check "Construction and surface details"
After running the model (in the Simulation Tab)
3. Under the Detailed display option, in the Surface category, I check "Inside Surface Temp" and "Ext Surface Temp" (still with the same window selected in my navigation panel)
4. I then click on the check mark to update the results. But none appear.
Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,
Susan

Just thought I would check in again in case anyone has any suggestions on this item, as I am still unable to extract surface temperature data.
Many thanks,
Susan |

Did you check "Store opening output"? (I don't remember if it is the exact text in English).

Thank you Arturo- that was the missing link. I had the "surface" information tickboxes checked, but didn't realize that the corresponding "opening" information also had to be stored.
Kind regards,
