|

Hi,
I foud some incorrect results in my simulation which was summer period. In the 'comfort results', I found that the 'Out dry-bulb temperature' was abnormal. I think that the 'T' should be higher than 30°C in much time in summer in shanghai China. And in my former simulation, I remember that it is always higher than 30°C, but I don't know why it comes out such results now. I uninstalled the DB, then installed it again. But in the later simulation, I also found such problem. I falied to find the reasons. Could you help me to soulve such problem Please have a look at my attachments, and help me! Thanks a lot!
All the best,
Esong

Hello Esong,
Is the graph you post is a daily simulation?
Because the temperature you see is always a mean air temperature for the period you ask for in the simulation dialog (hourly, daily, monthly ...).
Do you check this temperature for hourly step?
I'm not sure this is your problem but it the first check to do. If you see this temperature at hourly period it means your hourly weather file is not correct.
Hope it will help.
Laurent

Hi,
This afternoon I found that the temperature was at daily period. But I could not understand that why the 'weather data analysis' comes out warnings and errors as I showed in the attachment? Is it normal or not? Could you tell me please? Thanks!
All the best,
Esong

This warnings tell you there two columns without data but I check them in the E+ documentation, extraterrestrial radiation are not used by E+.
So you can go on!

Esong,
Just to add - this "warning message" is a known issue with non IWEC data.

Hi all,
I found that the hourly out dry-bulb T in the cooling design(15 jul. cooling design day) is different from the hourly T in 'Simulation' of 15 jul. simulation period(please have a look at the 'different out dry-bulb T .rar' attachment). This difference is normal or not? And I also found that abnormal results(15 jul. simulation period) about the 'Air T' in the building level and practise area zone level, which I set the HVAC type as 'Constant volume'. The 'Air T' is higher than the unwork-time one. But in other zones which I set the HVAC as FCU type, the 'Air T' seems normal. You could have a look at the 'abnormal air T.rar' attachment, please! But I can't find the abnormal results if the simulation period is 'all summer'. Why it comes out such abnormal results? Could you tell me please? Any idea provided would be appreciated! Thanks a lot!
All the best,
Esong
