There are several issues with the graphs:

1. We need to be able to get cumulative bar graphs for arbitrary date ranges not just anuual. So instead of just a day input, there need to be date range drop downs:
Graph from
Start Date:month, day
End Date: month, day
This is important for assessing seasonal fractions (like winter solar gains), without having to do lots of separate [slow] simulations for each time period.

2. When you have "zoomed in" on the graph to look a a day or week, somewhere within the year simulation, if you click on a different zone or block, or change the what data is being graphed, the graph resets to the beginning of the year, forcing the user to search for the same date everytime you what to look at a different element of the building. This becomes tediously slow after a short time.

3. If you have clicked on the data display options to graph a custom set of data, this gets lost, anytime you change anything or resimulate the building. Could you make the graph display options stick, until the user changes it (to either one of the preset groups, or another custom set)? Please!

John,

Thanks for the suggestions. Items 2 and 3 are already on the list for v.2. I will add your request for variable reporting periods. I guess analysis could be based on daily data.

Andy,

as long as we are discussing date ranges: could you increase the warmup time range beyond 100 days? Or allow more than 1 year of simulation? We find that high mass buildings take more than a year or at least a season to warmup.
