Hi DB_support,

I know that you're very busy as many topics are posted everyday and you're busy with perfecting and developing new version of DB! Tough work, but promising! However, I find that some topics are not replied although they have been posted for several days or much longer! And the auther must be very thirsty to get some comments about their problems or some ideas helping they work out their problems and doubts since that if the problems are not worked out, it will affect the accuracy of the simulation results! I'm sincerely waiting with anticipation for your comments! Thanks a lot!

We are sorry you if we don't answer you in due time.
I don't think any topic is let without answer more than a week. This support is freely open to any user (with or without license), we also have queries directly from users on some project that could not be publicly published, so sometime, may be, you can feel less reactivity on the forum.

Nether the less, a quick glance to the forum shows a quite good answer rate, don't you think?
