District Heating Automatically Assigned???

I've just completed a project on Designbuilder and the results are miserable compared to what they should be! The building uses a Split or Multi-split air conditioning system in the main areas and has a high efficiency gas combi boiler everywhere else.

When i run the SBEM calculation, in the Data Relflection report its saying that the CO2 Emissions Factor for District Heating is 0.5. Since the main fuel type for the building is gas, i was wondering if there is any way to change this as it is drastically affecting my results.

Any ideas on how to correct this would be excellent!

Sorry for the delayed answer. Generally you should use the SBEM forum for these questions.

Looking at your input I suspect that one reason for the poor performance may be the low generation efficiency of the CHP system as defined at building level on the HVAC tab. See screenshot below.
