|
|
Hi, this is my first post, and I am having trouble accessing lighting schedules. When I create a schedule, after saving it, I cannot see it in the schedule list on the upper right side of my screen. When I try to create it once again and use the same name, DB tells me that the name is in use, so the schedule must be saved, but not displayed.
Also, how can I load the same schedule for all zones in a building? As far as I know loading the template does not load the defined schedule into the zones...
Thanks,
Fran |

Fran,
The usual reason for missing data is that the region data is set to a particular region that is being excluded based on the settings on the International tab of the program options.
Get round this by:
1. Setting region to 'General' for all new components and templates, and/or,
2. Check 'Show other regions data' on the International tab of the program options. This option is useful for finding missing data.

Hi Fran,
I don't know this would help you or not. I think that you should not only check the 'region' but the 'category'. If your category is 'A', and you try to find it in 'B' or in other category type, you may not find your schedule you defined. And you'd better define your schedule in the Model Data Tabs/Lighting/General Lighting, because it is related to your model!
Hope you work out your problem. Good luck!
All the best,
Esong |
