Drawing partitions

Dear Andy,

a pratical problem drawing partitions. When I draw the partition it is always the mid-line and the partition is extruded half on one side and half on the other. Unfortunately, you normaly have snap points that are on one side of the partition not on the middle line...this makes it difficult to draw it correctlu.

One possible solution is to let the user draw the partition not only from the middle but also from the sides (i.e. an option to extrude from the middle line, from the left or right side=.

What do you think about it?

Thanks for this feedback. We did actually implement the ability to create the partition to the left, centre or right of the drawn line in previous versions of DesignBuilder but temporarily removed it to help simplify subsequent developments.

It will be reinstated in a future version.
