Hello,

I canīt simulate in three cases because always appeared the same severals errors and I canīt find these in the Program Help:

Severe ** Schedule:Compact "CLOTHING SCHEDULE 1364" has overlapping days in its schedule pointers
** Severe ** Schedule:Compact "CLOTHING SCHEDULE 1371" has overlapping days in its schedule pointers
** Severe ** Schedule:Compact "CLOTHING SCHEDULE 1509" has overlapping days in its schedule pointers
** Fatal ** Preceding Errors during Schedule Input Processing cause termination.

In the fist case I defined the Activity myself, in the second case I didnīt defined it (Activity: unoccoupied). In the third case, I used a predefined template (Office).
For HVAC, lighting, openings, in the first case I defined them myself. And in the second and third, they were not defined (none).

Could you help me about this? How Can I solve it?

Thank you very much.

Carlos.

I suggest you check that the schedule used for defining occupancy 'operation' is correctly set up, especially if using compact schedules.

BTW the current beta has compact schedule data checking so it traps some of these sort of errors.

If this doesn't help then you could post the model so we can check what is causing the error.

Hi, I think I found the origin of the error. It doesn't have anything with the schedules actually (it's a bug in DB, several errors misinform the origin of the error).

The problem is that the path for the .epw I used was in "x" folder, but DB needs it to be in

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\DesignBuilder\Weather Data\

I put it there, but when trying to load it, "Application Data" is a hidden folder... then I unchecked 'hidden folders' and asked to 'show hidden folders', but shows an error: Symantec folder (Norton Antivirus) is also inside "Application Data" folder and Symantec doesn't allow to change properties, so, "Application Data" remains hidden.

I tryed to access the file directly in DB by putting the complete path (instead of getting into each folder at a time). It seemed to work, but when selectin the desired .epw file, it just doesn't recognoize the path and gets back to root.

Any idea on how to make "Application Data" visible to DB without uninstalling Norton Antivirus or how to force DB to take the .epw file from different path without crashing?

Thanks,

Carlos
