| No such luck adding windows though. The software will not allow me to define openings manually and when I try to define a new facade type, the whole thing locks up. This is very frustrating. |

So I have installed 2.2........8 and the same thing happens. The program starts to load and stops. The Microsoft error message reads
szAppName : DesignBuilder.exe szAppVer : 1.0.0.0 szModName : hungapp
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000
Please help me. The file I am working on is for 3 epcs due before Thursday. Should I give up and use alternative software, or is this likely to be resolved?

| Rather optimistically, I tried again this morning. Same thing. DesignBuilder wont load. I guess I'm going to have to swallow the four hours I've already put into modelling this building and start again with alternative software, or risk being late with delivery. |

Maria
I am not experiencing these problems so I assume it must have something more to do with how DesignBuilder is set up on your machine. Have you an alternative machine you could use temporarily? Your problem would be best sorted by making a support request through the Support Desk.

Maria, have you managed to get DesignBuilder working on your machine yet? The new version v2.2.4 seems to be reliable.
