v2.0 was approved for the UK on the 8th May and covers all v.2.0 releases. We are awaiting confirmation of approval in Ireland

Andrew,
This is identical to the problem I am having. I have checked the date format, no commas in filenames and running on a stand alone pc. Are there any more issues I should look for?

I am having this error appear every time i try to run the calcs for an EPC and so i now cannot use my laptop due to the ATI card! and cant calculate on my desktop due to this error.
please help.
win 7 pro

Please try removing all files from the SBEM folder and try again. The SBEM folder can be found from the File > Folders > SBEM folder menu option.
Could you let us know if this solves it?

| tried deleting all the files within the SBEM folder and it has reinstalled SBEM but throws up the same error.

Please try checking the text towards the bottom of the EPCgen.log file in the SBEM folder. The text under "Connecting to Landmark website to check assessor's details" may give a clue as to what's wrong. For example it may be a problem with the firewall.

Hi Still no solution so far and i have not been able to find any epcgen .log file
only the log in the software which states;

The EPCgen.log file should be in the SBEM folder. The SBEM folder can be found from the File > Folders > SBEM folder menu option.

Hi Andy
I have tried the file on another user account and it works so i am assuming that the user ID that the original files are located is the problem. The windows user ID had a '&' in the title and this seem to cause the error when running sbem even though the software runs upto this point.
Also have you yet solved the ATI open GL issue as i am unable to use design builder on my main PC until this is fixed?
