Multiple simulations

I need to run multiple simulations - one after another. The simulation time is short (less than 1 min), but the output data choosing and saving need much more time - so I thought it would be better to simulate a group of cases.

In DesignBuilder I havent found such an option, so I've tried to export data from DB to an IDF file and run in EnergyPlus, because there is an option "Group of Simulations".

The problem is that the data values from DB and E+ are different, apart from that there were done with the same E+ version 2.1.0.023 - in DB was it as DLL. Every value which interest me is a little bit different e.g.:
- Solar Gains Exterior Windows - DB=2065,73kWh (E+=2831,67)
- Glazing - 1391.61 (Gain - Loss = 1186,42)
- Zone/Sys Sensible Heating - 731,74 (820,49)
- Zone/Sys Sensible Cooling - -1221,64 (1718,67)

Where is the problem?

Where can I find Heat Generation and Chiller values in E+ output or what should I add together to get these values?

A common reason for differences is that the ep-launch simulation uses a different weather file from DB.
