Green Building xml

hello designbuilder team,
i heard about a tool, which is called green building xml. this tool should make possible to read CAD information with an energy simulation programm(more information on www.gbxml.org). if this works it would be a big time saving component, espacially when the buildings become bigger. on the homepage of Green Building xml it's said that it should also be possible with energy plus. so my question to you: is designbuilder also working on something like this or can the connection over energy plus be used somehow to make this possible for db?

Yes we are working on a gbXML file import to DesignBuilder. We are able to read a file in already and display in 3-D but have not yet written code to convert this to the DesignBuilder block format. We are aiming to release our first gbXML import capability during 2009.
