Exported Window Type

When exporting my DB model to IDF (I need to work on some things in it with e+) it creates a new window glass type with transmittance=1, reflectance=0, etc., which are not allowed by e+. I have a single layer glass ("Sgl Clr 3mm") to be used for the whole building and have verified this at zone and surface level. DB tries to create an IDF that uses this other glass layer it created for all windows.

I first noticed this when trying to export a simulation idf and had the simulation fail (with warnings related to what I describe above) when performing the heating autosizing (no cooling in this model). I expored the heating autosizing idf and found this new glass layer being used throughout the model with the "Sgl Clr 3mm" being ignored.

I have used this exact approach on several other projects and never had a problem like this. I have tried other models with this version of DB and had no problem. Has any else had this issue or are there any suggestions?

We have not noticed this issue. Perhaps using "Clear to Default" and then selecting the glazing again helps. If it does not work, you can send the model for us to look at..
