Is it possible to model local shading for one window and not all the windows for a building block?
I seem to be having trouble removing un-wanted shading from windows without it removing globally. I have specified shading for the desired element but every other window in the block is included.

Sorry, in DesignBuilder v1, you manage Openings at surface level.
This point has been added to the wish list for v2.

James,
Just to add to Laurent commentary:
If you do need different local shadings (including windows without shading) in the same wall, there are at least to ways to achieve it:
1. Drawing component blocks to model shadings, instead of window local shading option.
2. Dividing the wall by mean of little hanging partitions fixed to it. Then you have several surfaces and can assign (or not) different window local shading to each one.
Best regards,
