error creating .idf file

when I try to run my simulation i get the following error:

Error creating C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\DesignBuilder\EnergyPlus\in.idf

Bad File Name or Number

I checked the path and it seems to be valid. I just reinstalled DB and upgraded to version 1.6.9.003, maybe that has something to do with it...

Try uninstalling then reinstalling the software to see if this helps.

Just tried reinstalling. No Luck.

I've also tried simulating different models that simulated fine before I upgraded. No luck.
