It would be useful to be able to copy locked library templates and then alter them as often you just want to change a few details but then you need to reenter all the data into a new template.

It is possible to clone existing locked system templates and components... except those in locked folders (i.e. those folders with a padlock icon). DesignBuilder prevents users from tampering with data in these folders and even prevents data from be added to these folders.
