Summer Design Weather Data

Could someone describe how to derive this data from TMY data. I understand the dry bulb and assume that you need to take the night temperature for the same day from which the max dry bulb temp came. But what about the temperatures based on wet-bulb. I am also a bit confused as to why there is data based on DP and wet-bulb but an epw file only gives you the DP temp so you would have to derive the wet bulb yourself.

Summer design data is derived directly from ASHRAE rather than from TMY data. I am not aware of any procedure for deriving summer design data from recorded hourly weather data.
