changing surface resistances

The spanish standard applies a surface resistance in the inner surface of 0,13 and in the outer surface of 0,04.
DesignBuilder Software applies different values in the U-value calculation and I can't change them
Is it possible?

Sergio,

We will be adding the ability to use fixed internal and external convection coefficients in DesignBuilder. We have a mechanism in place already, but it only allows standard UK CIBSE values at the moment.

Please be aware that the U-values given in Construction data are not used in EnergyPlus simulations except for window frames.
