Hi

Just installed v3.0.0.064 but DB seems to be crashing Acobat Reader when I do a Bldg Reg calc and doesn't give an output.
Anyone else encountered this or have a solution?

Regards

Cormac

Hi Cormac,

Have you tried upgrading to the latest Acrobat reader? (if you don't already have it that is).

We have seen this once or twice before and from memory it was related to a conflict with other software installed. I think some Elmhurst software in one case.

If you can't resolve it yourself could you contact our support desk?

Andy

Thanks Andy

I was speaking with Andrew and he thinks it may be something to with SBEM v3.5 being used for NI Bldg REg calcs and SBEM v4.1 used for NI EPC's

I am just about to try installing DB V2.3 to see what happens .........

Acobat Reader updates itself every so often, but to make sure it was upto date , I uninstalled and re-installed it - no difference.

I have sent Andrew a copy of the error message - all gobble-de-gook to, but you might be able to make sense of it.

Regards

Cormac
