Hi all,

I have installed the evaluation version and when I started a file (I hace tried a lot) the next error message appears:

Error '2147417848 (80010108)' in execution time.
Automation error.

(It is my translation from spanish, maybe not exactly the same)

I have tried with version 2.25 and beta and it happens the same thing. Why does it happen?

Thank you a lot!

Does this happen when you are starting DB, or when you are using a particular function?

Ok. Could you install the beta. Run DB. Before you try to open a file click File->Folders->Diagnostics Folders, and make a note of the folder location. Then try and open a file. After it crashes go to the diagnostics folder location and then email them to me. I have sent you a blank email that you can reply to.

It should still be there. See if you can find any files that begin "Diagnostics_".

Should be in here on XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\DesignBuilder\

or here if Vista:

C:\ProgramData\DesignBuilder\
