I have an air flow boundary which imposes the air flow rate through it. Is it possible to calculate the mean temperature of the air exiting through the extract air flow boundary?

You could create a velocity slice adjacent to the face of the extract grille and then export numerical data for the slice using the File->Export->Export CFD results slice(s) option.
