Design Builder does not run

Hello,

After I installed DB v3, every time I close and re-open the DB, there is a problem. It keeps saying "it is already running" and nothing happens. In the past, I had to wait for a while, and then re-run the DB again and it worked, but now I have to completely re-start the computer, which is very inconvenient. Any suggestion?

Can you send the diagnostic files from your machine. You can find these from the menu by File -> Folders -> Diagnostics Files Folder.

Also rather than rebooting your machine, just use the task manager to close DesignBuilder.exe

It seems your website does not allow me to attach the diagnostic files. Plus, when the program is not running, it won't appear on task manager to close, which leaves me with the only other option, re-booting the system!
