Hi
As DB uses external wall dimensions, if you are working on a building with different wall thickness, is there any issue with setting wall thickness very low and using internal dimensions??

In general that is fine, only likely to be a problem when you need to fit a number of blocks together in which case the internal dimensions would have to be adjusted.
