Is it possible to use DesignBuilder / Radiance to determine the hours per year that a point 1.5m in front of the glazing, 0.72m above floor level will receive shading or sun penetration? And present that information in a stereographic plot?
The reason I ask is that the Green Star credit point IEQ-11 requires precisely this. If we are already using DesignBuilder and EnergyPlus for the energy simulation it would save a lot of time to use the same model for glare calculations. |

| At the moment DB can't do this. In my experience the easiest / fastest way to bang this out is the old fashioned way: manually on a sun chart. Hopefully you don't have to many different window configurations! |
