Using the "coldest" setpoint type I always get the following severe error :

** Warning ** The design coil load is zero for Coil:Heating:Water AIR LOOP ZONE AHU HEATING COIL
** ~~~ ** The autosize value for maximum water flow rate is zero
** ~~~ ** To change this, input a value for UA, change the heating design day, or lower
** ~~~ ** the system heating design supply air temperature
** Severe ** SetpointManager:Coldest="AIR LOOP/1/1/1/1/1 SETPOINT MANAGER", no zones with heating found:
** ~~~ ** Air Loop provides no heating, Air Loop="AIR LOOP ZONE".

Is this a bug in this setpoint? Or do I have to change some value in the heating coil parameters?

The message "no zones with heating found" is strange as the heating design gives me 20 kW heating...

That setpoint manager was intented only for dual duct systems and won't work with any other HVAC system type (according to E+ support).
The closest alternative is use SetpointManager:MultiZone:Heating:Average. Unfortunately it is not implemented in DB yet so you will have to change it directly in E+ idf file.
