Dear forum members,
Is it still possible to make a watermarked EPC without the assessor info completed?
I remember that it used to be possible to produce a watermarked EPC if you didn't fill in any of the assessor information. I've tried doing this recently but failed.
I'm wondering if EPCgen has changed (to require the assessor info), or whether my problem is more to do with my installation (i.e. you can still produce a watermarked EPC without assessor details).
Best regards

You will need an assessor number of the correct format (doesn't have to be valid) for the calculation to complete and the epc pdfs to be produced. You may need some other data on yourself/the building but this doesn't need to be valid either. No xml file will be generated but a watermarked epc should be.
