DB doesn't work

I can create new files with DB, but when I try to open a file that was created before the program doesn't work and it blocks my computer, so I have to switch off the notebook and restart it.
Can you help me, please?

I send in attachment the error message and my computer properties, I hope they will be usefull to you.

Stephania,

From the error message you have sent, it looks like the driver for your Mobility RADEON 9200 card has crashed. I would recommend downloading and installing the most up-to-date driver for your graphics card by looking from the ATI website.

From the screenshot it looks like you are running on Windows XP. You should be aware that we are currently having problems getting DesignBuilder to run successfully on Windows Vista. We suspect that this may be caused a problem with early (buggy) releases of graphics drivers for Windows Vista.
