Triangulating Error

Hi Andy!

I've changed recently form DB version 1.0.0.025 format to DB version 1.0.3.012 format. I 've tried to open a building model developped in the previous version to analyse a few things. The conversion report told me only to pay attention to the adjacency tab settings and apparently every is OK.
The conversion process implies loosing simulation data. Without changing anything in the model I've tried to perform a simulation but I get a message error: "PCaulinos - Error triangulating in zone Sala".
I've read that when a surface has more than 4 vertices DB makes a triangulation to make geometry compatible with EnerguPlus.
Is the error message related with this? If yes I'm still in trouble because I only have 4 vertices surfaces on my model Sad

Hi Filipe,

This is a known problem with DesignBuilder version 1.0.3 and we will be releasing a new version to fix this very soon. I hope to put a prerelease update on the website today which will run your file and will send you a link.

There is a new prerelease version of DesignBuilder which runs your model available from the Downloads section of the website. Look for version 1.1.0.002 under the 'Prerelease and beta test version section'. The full release should be available in the next few days.
