SBEM simulation error msg

Hi there,

I'm currently evaluating Design Builder (using the 30-day trial). I've been impressed so far but have run into problems trying to get some sort of SBEM CO2 rating (or even INP file) for my building. Every time I try to run the calculation the program comes back with this error:

Error reading 3TC simulation building description data

What does this mean... and more importantly how do I fix it? Many thanks!
